1. Feedstocks for the KBBE Availability of biological resources for the bio-economy and sustainable agricultural and fisheries production through efficient soil and water management, by respecting biodiversity and labour conditions and stimulating rural and coastal development.
2. Innovative bio based products The role of innovative bio based products in greening the industry by largely replacing conventional fossil fuels and finite raw materials.
3. Innovative food production Food production and eco-innovation in the food industry, including sustainability aspects such as packaging, waste, energy and water management. The development of novel food products and processes meeting requirements for safety, health and quality.
